IMPORTANT INFO ON TICKETS AND VISIT
It is mandatory to arrive at the time and on day stated on your ticket. We highly recommend to arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket.
The ticket is not changeable or refundable. It is also not possible to purchase an open-slot ticket.
Inside the exhibition, the Fireflies on the Water installation may be accessed by one person at a time unless assistance is needed. Children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by an adult.
Inside the installation Fireflies on the Water, visiting time is limited to 1 minute per person.
The exhibition is accessible with a standard wheelchair of maximum 58 cm. It is not accessible with electric wheelchair.
HOW TO REACH PALAZZO DELLA RAGIONE
A4 motorway exit ‘Bergamo’, follow signs for ‘Città Alta’ and ‘Largo Colle Aperto’.
Palazzo della Ragione is located in Piazza Vecchia, in the centre of the Città Alta (‘Upper Town’). Paid parking is available along the walls and in the immediate vicinity. On Sunday afternoons and holidays, access to the Upper Town is permitted only to public transport, taxis and authorised vehicles.
By public transport
From the FS train station of Bergamo, take bus 1A to Colle Aperto/University.
From Orio al Serio airport, take bus 1 to Città Alta from the arrivals exit.
Palazzo della Ragione is also easily reached by funicular railway to the Città Alta.
